Everyone is using this blend in their own ways. Really there are no rules, but to give you a general idea, we recommend starting with 1/2 tsp. per pound of poultry or 1 tsp for a pound of lamb, beef, pork, or beans. It has 12 spices giving it earthy and robust flavor and pairs well with meat, poultry, root veggies, beans etc. Chefs have used it in their menu in creative ways. Our customers rave about the flavors and have used it in their recipes from grilling meats, baked beans, BBQ, goulash, braised meats and what not. One pack contains about 4 tsp.
Tip: The flavor is even enhanced when you mix crushed garlic, heat such as chilies and little lemon juice to finish off.
