1/2 tsp of Rose bloom #333 for :
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar for syrup
- 1 cup of dairy/non dairy item
- 1 lb of butter or cheese
- 1 cup of tea or smoothie
How to use?
- Just sprinkle on anything from above
- Add while making tea or smoothies
- Reduce with the syrup
- Fold in the cream
- Use anywhere in the desserts where you use cinnamon or all spice but by far less quantity

Try a little in your vanilla ice cream or yogurt to taste.

Smita’s spices are excellent…fresh and vibrant. I use the dessert spices to flavor ice cream and whipped cream…a little goes a long way…delicious with simple shortbread or ginger snaps for an added kick. I’ve also used it in place of cinnamon in apple pie and to give a light boost to minimalist cookies : )
