Everyone is using this blend in their own ways. Really there are no rules, but to give you a general idea, we recommend starting with 1/2 tsp. per cup of vegetables, beans, lentils, seafood or soups. It contains 11 spices such as dry mango, garlic, black pepper, dry fenugreek, ginger to name a few. These spices when combined altogether creates a delicious flavor that is a one stop solution for grilling, roasting or seasoning. It’s universal blend that can be used for seafood, shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, lentils, greens, salad dressing, pickling and endless possibilities. Just add oil, salt. One pack contains about 4 tsp and is good for 7-8 cups of veggies.
Tip: The flavor is even enhanced when you add tomato or sour. Another popular use is to add a tsp to the cup of yogurt or dips or dressing.
